Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MY MUM MADE IT pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original translucent dust bags and secure them in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective package.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
